• Refrigerator cleaning - as needed

• Outdoor Furniture cleaning - as needed

• Grill cleaning - as needed

• Deck/Porch cleaning - as needed​

In addition, we will...

• Make beds with clean linens

• Load/unload dishwasher - as needed

• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handles, doorknobs, etc.

• Remove trash and recyclables; clean trash bin and replace trash bag*

• Inspect to make sure no damages were done to the property

• Check & make sure guests didn't leave any of their belongings behind

• Check & make sure supplies such as toilet paper*, dish-washing liquid*, shampoo*, soaps*, towels*, etc. are well-stocked for incoming guests

• Check for stains on rugs, carpets, furniture, curtains, and/or sheets

• Change batteries* on smoke/carbon detectors if beeping - as needed

• Change light bulbs as needed​

*These supplies must be provided by the client.
